
I'm an internet marketer and publisher, having been in the business since in 1997. I operate website publishing company, Clear Digital Media, Inc., having been incorporated since 2005.
I don't have any expertise in real estate, other than I've purchased a few homes in my time. BUT, I do have expertise in marketing products and services online.
I'm also the founder of Menifee Internet Professionals, a local networking group in Menifee, CA, of Internet-focused business owners.
And just to convince you some more, I'm one the top 1% of bloggers and Internet marketers who actually found enough success to quit their regular job, start a company, hire some people, and make a living out of blogging.
I've designed and published 50+ websites in my career, all designed to attract focused audiences, and then market specific products/services that interest them.

I've made a living doing exactly that, creating what I call "perpetual revenue generators". These sites are designed to fetch lots of traffic from Google, show them lots of strategically placed advertisements, and then earn money from the ads. I don't buy any ads or keywords. I spend zero on traffic. Instead it works like a well-oiled machine, giving me free traffic, and making money from the traffic.

My Past CareerPrior to my Internet marketing career, I managed the Research & Development departments of software companies that focused on the healthcare finance market. My particular skill lies in Business Analysis. I'm pretty good at breaking something down, figuring out why it works, or doesn't work, and then using that experience to solve other problems. I built a successful career through CompReview, Inc., HNC Software Inc., and Innovent Technologies.
History of This WebsiteReal Estate How originally launched in June of 2004 as an archive of articles helping homeowners buy and sell homes. I wanted to take advantage of the growing market for real estate advertising. But as time went on, I found that the real estate niche was heavily saturated on the Internet, even back then. And since I'm not really a real estate expert, I was tough for me to gain an audience.
So in 2005, I switched it over to just publishing news about the industry. Things didn't go so well that way either. There was already a saturation of real estate news all over the Internet.
So in October of 2007, I switched to something that I better compete in, teaching Internet marketing, but specifically relating real estate. This way I can still take advantage of the big dollars in real estate advertising, and be able to offer something that no other website has, ME.
