Real Estate is not what it used to be. The black and white copied flyer outside the home isn't the only form of advertising that real estate agents are using these days. They know that more and more people are using the Internet to research everything from new cars to new homes and they want their website to attract the most potential home buyers.
A company called OrangeWare Corporation in Anaheim, CA has introduced
iTourVideo. iTour Video is an inexpensive way for a real estate agent to establish their Internet presence with an interactive website. Starting at $99, real estate agents with little or no technical background can develop a website to fit their needs. Features include optional personal video introduction, listings with photos, photo/video (like a virtual tour), or just video of the property, printable flyers, links to MLS listings, and email capabilities.
I think that this style of web site using video introduction adds a personal touch and makes a connection with their potential customers. I know that when I was researching homes, the ones with videos were more appealing because you could see more of the home before you actually went out to the property. For all you agents out there who are interested in adding a little something extra to your website - check out iTourVideo at
