Realtor lists Properties on her Clothing.

Maria Gomez, realtor for Keller Williams in Miami, Florida, is taking property advertising to a new fashion realm. Gomez creates t-shirts with an image of the listed property, with pricing and detailed information, and her contact information, then wears it all around town. She uses this form of advertising to promote and sell her listed properties.
"For years, celebrities have used fashion to promote the movies and themselves, chich restaurants and nightclubs use t-shirts to promote their locations, so why not have use a t-shirt to promote one of the most valuable assets in an individuals life-their home," says Maria Gomez.
Gomez estimates based on her daily contact with individuals, through meetings, going to the grocery store, the movies, washing the car, running, even walking down the street, that over 500 people (on a slow day), to over 1,500, saw her wearing her Hot Property t-shirt.

Gomez creates property t-shirts at home in less than hour. She creates the image, the design, and then irons the transer in a few minutes. Says Gomez, "I am willing to give the shirt off my back to sell properties fast and at top dollar."

Gomez just received an offer on a Gainesville property that she listed, $1.2 million, when a local South Florida developer saw her wearing the property t-shirt running in the Coral Gables, and requested more information.

Gomez has applied for the Property T-Shirt patent, understanding that this new way of advertising could change the way we promote homes for sale.
