A real estate service in Phoenix, Arizona is offering a "two for one" service to its customers.Two4One Real Estate is offering to sell their clients' homes for free, if they promise to buy a home through their agency. The company claims that they can save their client's as much as $15,000.00 in sales commissions.
While the strategy works great for homeowners, it appears to make sense for real estate agents as well, say co-owner Dan Poole. "By selling our clients homes for free, we pick up a greater share of the market's listings. It also creates an instant client base of qualified buyers, so the system drives itself and generates an increased sales volume."
The company is looking to sign up franchisees. They've already signed up five franchises since opening in January 2004.

I personally used Two 4 One Real Estate to sell my home and buy another. I saved $5,005 dollars and the service was fantastic. In fact, they sold my home for full price on the first day. Hey, I think their franchise headquarters is based out of Tucson... not Phoenix.
