RealtyRators.com - Strips Agents Naked Online

Tuesday, August 30, 2005

RealtyRatorsYesterday, RealtyRators.com announced its official launch. It provides consumers with a free online database to rate their real estate agents. Home buyers and sellers can look up their agents in the database, and rate them on various factors, as well as post comments.

Being that it's so new, there's not that many ratings. But I found one such rating for an agent in Houston, Texas...
Ms. Abadie was a disaster of an agent. All she ever did was talk about herself and her accomplishments. If she had spent more time on marketing our home we wouldn't have needed to ask her to let us take it to another agent.
But RealtyRators.com also help agents, by giving them with a link to their website, and contact info. So, if you're an agent, and you happen to get a favorable review, consumers will know how to get in touch with you.

Interesting they spelled "rator" with an "o", being that the correct spelling is "rater".

  • Thanks Steve:
Most of the ratings though are not bad ones.
Here is one of the latest that was just posted today about
    Daniel Lungu
    Pegasus Properties
    West Palm Beach , FL

" My investment portfolio tripled in value. I was very pleased with his knowledge of the market and the area of Palm Beach County! Good realtors are hard to come by that are interested in making the client money instead of just themselves. I am looking forward to future business and investment opportunity as this market will be tougher for investors like me to buy and flip properties. "
