The Enterprise, a newspaper serving Boston, MA, has an article on Realtors selling haunted houses.One such Realtor seemed to have a cow when he learned that a house he was selling was suspected of having a ghost. Meanwhile, the report goes on to describe another Realtor who had people think it would be cool to share a home with a ghost.
I'm thinking this might open up a new angle for a Realtor, selling haunted homes. There's gotta be a pretty good niche market in this. I'm sure there's enough crazy people out there specifically wanting to live in a haunted house. You just gotta do some homework to find those homes.
If someone wants to live with ghost badly enough, I'm sure they'd be willing to pay a high commission. The sellers wouldn't pay any commission to encourage them to sell, while the buyer might pay an additional 10% on top of the selling price, just to find themselves a ghost!

San Diego Paranormal has forms for haunted house buyers and sellers to fill out. They are using a prominent real estate agent who would does see a niche market for alledgely haunted houses. You can of course inquire about non-haunted homes in San Diego as well.

Anyhow, if it is I would be brave enough to spend the weekend there. Of course I would want some equipment donated (EMF machines ect.) and a dog. Any dog will do, as they sense things better then humans do.

Actually that is an OLD HOUSE, my late grandparents house, whom my dimwit of a former uncle tore down LOOKED JUST LIKE IT in Ashland, Kentucky!
My current residence, an apartment in Florida is haunted by several "past" residents and one ghost cat as well!
I love it, I am also a PARANORMAL INVESTIGATOR, so living in haunted homes or investigating places that are haunted is something I really enjoy!
I wwouldn't change a thing about that house and I'd love to be able to move into it! Haunted or Not, since Halloween is my #1 favorite holiday, I could do some great "spook" work with the house for Halloween, buit if it's truly haunted, that would be even better!

if any of you ever read the bible than you would know that there is no such thing as ghost when you die if your saved you go to heaven and if your not you go to hell there is no in between people only see things because you want to believe in it so bad your mind plays tricks on you .
