House4Cell is a text-messaging service for real estate agents, allowing them to deliver property info to the cell phones of prospective buyers.
3 signs for less than $30 seems like a pretty good deal; it looks like they'll be at the NAR confrence in San Francisco, so I'll be sure to check them out.

Problem I see with this system is that they are going to run into a DNC issue. They give the consumers phone number to the agent without the consumer knowing about it, hahahahaha...No Thanks!

I saw an identical product that was released a while back, they fell off of the face of the earth because of consumer privacy issues.

I looked at house-4-sell but their product will get me into a lawsuit if I use them...I chose CellSigns because it is the only interactive platform that allows my clients to opt-in for more information...I guess the old saying is true, you get what you pay for. They also require a yearly commitment...no thanks, Check out CellSigns if you are thinking about this type of service www.cellsigns.com
