A company called What I Want Podcasting has launched a service for real estate agents caled, "Property Casting". It uses RSS technology to distribute audio/video feeds of property listings all across the Internet.

Podcasting is a form of content syndication focusing on audio and video material. It allows anyone with little to no experience with audio/video production produce a news, entertainment, or information piece and make it available to anyone online.

The value of podcasting lies in its popularity. It's popular because people can see and hear the content on their portable device, such as a handheld computer or MP3 player. Several podcasting directories and search engines have cropped up across the Internet allowing consumers to find the content they want by perusing categories and sub-categories.

Users then subscribe to these "podcast feeds", and are able to have new content sent to them automatically.

Realtors can take advantage of podcasting by producing their own podcasts and getting them listed in these directories and search engines.
