Sunshine List, a dba of Florida corporation Banana Plantation, Inc., has compiled hard to find data of Homeowner Associations (HOA), Property Owner Associations (POA) and Condominium Associations into two statewide directories. This data includes the name of the association, association address of record, name of board members, the board member's title, address and phone number when available.

Sunshine List is also available in Excel format.

The 2005-2006 Florida HOA/POA Directory contains over 14,000 homeowner and property owner associations and over 60,000 board members. It includes both neighborhood and mandatory participation associations (also known as 720s). "720" associations often maintain a significant reserve monetary account for future projects. The 2005-2006 Florida Condominium Directory contains over 17,000 condominium associations and over 71,000 board members. In total, these two directories contain over 31,000 associations and over 171,000 board members.

Originally intended for use by financial institutions and real estate professionals, Sunshine List data has been purchased by banks, law firms, real estate title processors, real estate investment companies, public adjustors, service providers, and public officials.
