Paragon Financial Corporation announced today the signing of four-time golden glove winner and two-time World Series champion Davey Johnson to a multi-year deal.

Johnson, the current Coach of the US Olympic baseball team, will operate from Paragon's Orlando office as part of the company's athlete marketing campaign, opening new offices throughout Florida.

Davey Johnson is no newcomer to the real estate world. Upon retirement from Major League Baseball, he became active in commercial and residential real estate through his privately owned and operated Major League Reality headquartered in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Although Johnson subsequently sold his real estate brokerage business to Coldwell Banker, he maintained an attraction to the financial services sector, and specifically an interest in developing a mortgage origination firm.
